Terms and Conditions for Half Off Wholesale Liquidation Warehouse
IMPORTANT
All sales are final. All products are sold as-is, where is, and how is. No refunds or exchanges.*
I certify that I am engaged in the business of selling, leasing, or renting the merchandise listed on the attached receipt(s). Merchandise will be resold, leased, or rented by me. If the merchandise is withdrawn for use other than for resale, I will report the transaction to the appropriate taxing authority and pay the tax based upon the reasonable and fair market value, but not less than the original purchase price.
I understand I have 48 hours to pick up any merchandise purchased. I agree to no photos or videos while on any Half Off Wholesale LLC locations. I agree that if I don’t cancel or reschedule my appointment 24 or more hours prior to the time slot, I forfeit the $50 booking fee.
I also understand that after the 48-hour period for picking up purchased merchandise, there will be a $10 fee per pallet, per day. After 14 days, I understand that my purchased merchandise will be forfeited, and Half Off Wholesale reserves the right to take me to court on the pending storage fees for any merchandise purchased.
I also understand that Half Off Wholesale reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
I understand that by asking Half Off Wholesale employees to load merchandise onto my vehicle or trailer using a forklift, I assume responsibility for any damages to the vehicle, trailer, and/or merchandise.
I understand that by extending this form, I am assuming liability for the sales or use tax on transactions between your firm and Half Off Wholesale.
I also agree not to leave any trash on the premises or in the parking lot from the pallets purchased. Failing to do so will result in a $50 fine and possible banishment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a fully refundable $50 scheduling fee per appointment. This $50 goes toward your purchase on your appointment day. If a purchase is not made, your $50 will be refunded to the card you used for booking when you leave the appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your time slot. If you miss your appointment or try to cancel less than 24 hours prior, your $50 is NON-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are going to be late, call us and we will do our best to work with you if you can still come by on the same day.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Half Off Wholesale Liquidation Warehouse (“We”, “Our”, or “Us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, resellers, retailers, and entrepreneurs (“You”, “Your”) who purchase from our warehouse locations. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
2. Purchasing from Our Warehouses
2.1. Purchases can only be made in-person at one of our three warehouse locations. We do not accept online, phone, or any other non-face-to-face methods of order placement.
2.2. All goods are sold “as is” and all sales are final. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly before purchase.
2.3 No minors are allowed on the warehouse floor. 18+ Only.
3. Availability of Merchandise
3.1. Merchandise availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2. We do not hold or reserve any merchandise for future pick-up or purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are as marked and non-negotiable.
4.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our warehouses.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Customers are solely responsible for the transportation of purchased goods from our warehouses.
5.2. You must comply with all safety and operational guidelines while inside our warehouses.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We do not provide warranties, express or implied, for any of our merchandise.
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of or inability to use our merchandise.
7. Disputes
7.1. In case of any disputes, they will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the warehouse is located.
7.2. By purchasing from our warehouses, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation or mediation before taking legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. The Half Off Wholesale name, branding, and all associated logos remain our exclusive property and may not be used without our express permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to amend or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these Terms periodically.
10. Right to Refuse Service
10.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
11. No Photos or Videos Policy
11.1. Taking photos, videos, or any other form of media recording is strictly prohibited inside any of our locations. Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises and could be prohibited from future visits.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12.2. Our failure to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
By making a purchase at Half Off Wholesale Liquidation Warehouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making any purchases.
