Your first visit to a liquidation warehouse isn’t like walking into a retail store. Here’s exactly what to expect when you book Atlanta or walk into Little Rock — what’s on the floor, how the pricing works, what to bring, and how to make the trip count.
Who Half Off Wholesale is for
Half Off Wholesale is a real liquidation warehouse. We sell pallets and truckloads of merchandise that didn’t make it through normal retail channels — customer returns, overstock, freight liquidations, brand-new boxes that lost their place in the supply chain. It comes through us, it gets staged on the floor, and it sells at deep liquidation pricing.
Buyers who get the most out of a HOW visit are resellers, contractors, retailers, and bulk buyers who can move volume and aren’t looking for white-glove retail service. If you want to see the actual product before you spend the money, you’ll fit in here. If you only buy turn-key items in perfect boxes, the math probably won’t work for you.
Two locations, two different setups
Atlanta — by appointment only
Address: 4091 Southmeadow Pkwy W, Atlanta, GA 30349
Phone: 678-831-5962
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm
Appointment window: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm, Saturday 9am-12pm
Booking: halfoffvip.com/atlanta-georgia
Atlanta is a 300,000 square foot warehouse. To keep the experience usable, we cap each hour slot to 8 appointments. There’s a $50 scheduling fee per appointment — fully refundable. The $50 goes toward your purchase on the day. If you don’t buy anything, the $50 goes back to the card you used to book, on your way out.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, or if you miss the appointment, the $50 becomes non-refundable. The rule exists because no-shows cost slots other buyers could have used.
Atlanta is 18+. No children allowed — moving forklifts and pallet jacks make it a working warehouse, not a retail floor.
Little Rock — walk-in, no appointment, no fee
Address: 2 Oakley Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114
Phone: 501-273-1533
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-4pm CT
No appointment needed.
Little Rock is walk-in. Tuesday through Saturday, 9am-4pm Central. No booking, no fee. If you’re in the area and want to see what’s on the floor before you commit to anything, it’s the easier first visit of the two.
What’s actually on the floor
HOW inventory has two rhythms:
- Always-on truckloads of home improvement merchandise — kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, ceramic tile and LVT flooring, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, tub surrounds. Fresh trucks land most weeks.
- Bi-weekly Thursday tool drops — power tools, generators, garage jacks, lawn mowers, outdoor handhelds. Sold by the pallet. Tool pallet days move fast — the good ones are usually gone by Saturday.
If you’re after home improvement merchandise, any week works. If you’re hunting tools, time your visit to a drop Thursday or the Saturday after.
Pallets vs truckloads — the difference matters
This trips up first-time buyers, so it’s worth being clear:
- Pallets at HOW are tool pallets, mower pallets, generator pallets. Mixed inventory, sealed in plastic wrap, sold as a unit. You buy what’s in the pallet — good items and items that need triage. The price reflects that.
- Truckloads at HOW are home improvement — cabinets, tile, lighting. Bigger volume, broader category, priced for resellers and contractors who can place the product.
Same warehouse, two different buying decisions. We never sell truckloads of tools — that’s not what we do. Tools come on pallets. Home improvement comes on truckloads.
What as-is, how-is really means
Everything on the HOW floor is sold as-is, how-is. That’s the trade. You see it, you check it, you buy it as it sits.
In practice that means a few different things depending on the product:
- A power tool pallet might have one tool with a missing battery clip and one with a scuffed case — the rest is shippable.
- A bath vanity might have a small chip on the back panel that won’t be visible once it’s installed.
- A ceiling fan might be in a slightly opened box.
Liquidation pricing reflects that. You’re trading retail-perfect for real-world-good at a fraction of the price. Buyers who can do light triage — check, repair, repackage where needed — make the math work easily. Buyers who need 100% perfect-box inventory are usually better off at retail.
For gas-powered merchandise specifically, our team inspects the motors before items hit the floor. We don’t want anyone wasting a trip on a locked or seized engine.
How to prep for the trip
A few things to bring or know:
- How you’ll move it. Truck, trailer, or van. We have forklifts and pallet jacks — you bring the transport. If you don’t have a truck, plan to rent one or budget for delivery.
- Payment. We accept wire, cash, and credit/debit (3% transaction fee on cards). Bring a card with a real limit if you’re considering a truckload.
- Inventory questions before the trip. Call 678-831-5962 Atlanta or 501-273-1533 Little Rock before you come. You’ll get a faster answer on specific categories than scrolling photos.
- Time. Plan for at least 90 minutes on the floor. Faster if you know exactly what category you’re after. Longer if you’re trying to scope the whole warehouse.
Get the alerts before you come
The fastest way to know when something good lands — especially tool pallets — is the text list. Text HOW to 470-293-9909 to get the alerts. We text the list when truckloads land, when tools drop, and when the floor has something worth a trip. Free to join. Reply STOP anytime.
Ready to come see it
